The Fougère fragrance family holds a unique position in perfumery.

Its debut was marked by the release of the men's fragrance Fougère Royale in France in 1882. "Fougère" means fern. Naturally, the compositions of the Fougère group don't actually smell like fern – after all, who has ever smelled a fern?

Typically, it is a fresh, woody-aquatic-herbal scent that is suitable for both men and as a unisex option. It evokes associations with a fresh, damp meadow, a summer storm, the ocean, a rushing mountain river, or a rain shower in the forest. Bold, turbulent, and exceptional – AQUAMARINE is no exception.

The top note is lavender, classic yet so cleverly masked by additional elements that one would never recognize it without prior knowledge. There is something fresh, indescribably familiar that lingers on the tip of your tongue... but then the heart notes emerge, and unraveling this olfactory puzzle becomes secondary.

The heart notes of "Aquamarine" include coumarin (whether it's sweet clover, gerbera, buffalo grass, chamomile, yarrow, or tonka beans, only the manufacturers know), oakmoss, a hint of citrus, and the salty blue of the ocean.
